Just copy and paste the text into Twitter.  There’s no typing required.

Steps:

1.  Turn on Compact URL: 2.  Refresh your page.

3.  Click the circled times symbol: 4.  Mouse over the text: 5.  Copy: 6. Paste into Twitter:
